- Returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
- All returns must include original tags and packaging.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original condition in which it was shipped (free from stains, odors, winkled or damaged products).
- We recommend that you place insurance on returned merchandise. If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we cannot issue a refund or an exchange.
- All refunds will be offered in the original method of payment, refunded on the original credit card charged on the order or as a merchandise exchange.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
- All custom orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
We require 5 days for order preparation. Following preparation orders are shipped via USPS.
